Wayne is a professional mechanical engineer with over 22 years of experience in Building Mechanical Services Consulting and project management. He is actively involved in all aspects and phases of projects: from small to large and straightforward to complex, including conceptual design, project planning, detailed design, tender and construction administration. Wayne has successfully supported medium and large-scale projects from residential, commercial, mixed development, data centers, tenant improvements, industrial and LEED projects for HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.
